I have been to many coffee shops in Paris,France and now in austin texas where i live and none can combine the classy atmosphere with fantastic coffee of Highlands coffee. First it is rare to find a coffee shop that roasts its own beans everyday and even those that do don't produce such wonderful even flavored coffee and the always friendly staff keep me comign back, when I am driving the seven hours to get to BR for a visit Highlands is first and foremost in my mind. Most coffee shops over charge for coffee you can get anywhere Highlands actually has its own quality that i have personally been unable to match even in Austin a town known for its coffee shops.
Pros: unique coffee, loyal regulars, girls
