Best Grooming Salon in Baton Rouge. Cookie Williams, the owner and groomer of Groomingdales, is an excellent groomer and a true dog lover. She always asks how you want your dog groomed or will show pictures to help you choose, and your dog will look perfect every time. My pet Yorkies have seen Cookie for over ten years now, and my dogs love her. She is so gentle that they are not afraid of being left for grooming. Cookie takes time to get to know each pet
