Awesome work!. Usually I never write reviews for anything but this place is amazing. I just got my fourth (and largest) tattoo done on my shoulder and I couldn't be happier. If you go in, ask for Kurt if you want something special done. He's amazing with shading and knows what will look good and what won't. They might take a while to sketch up and get things going, but it makes the product thorough and is totally worth it. Kurt was also really friendly and made me feel at ease; it didn't feel like they were just getting a job done and calling it a day like other tattoo shops I've been to. I have gotten stopped by at least 10 people in the first few days of having my tattoo and they all tell me it's beautiful. Definitely go here!!

Very clean, and respectable artists!. The artists here are very helpful! Instead of just taking my money and slapping some crap on me, they took the time to talk to me and figure out exactly what it was that I wanted. They let me know what would work on the skin and what wouldn't!

The piercer was very knowledgeable and polite! He won't just stick anything anywhere! He lets you know what to expect from a fresh piercing and exactly how to take care of it. Also, he knows that dermal anchors are in fact illegal here, so therefore, won't do them! He comes highly recomended!

If you want something that will look good for the rest of your life, then you should look into High Resolution Tattoo! Best place I have ever been to, hands down!

Clean, amazing, friendly, knows more then the average shop!. This place was amazing!! I've been to a lot of shops over the years in many different states and i have NEVER seen a shop this clean! Even the employees there made me feel comfortable and not just another job to do. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting good, clean work from highly experienced artists.....that guy a few spots down from me must clearly have some personal vendetta against these guys for posting such blatant lies about them. The prices at the shop are standard shop prices across the country. I implore everyone to go see these guys and see their work in the shop for yourselves. I guarantee you will be as impressed as i was!!

Great Place. I have 2 tattoos, that Kurt did for me, I LOVE them. High Resolution is a clean place, great prices and wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to go; I know I’ll be going back. Thank you guy yall are the best!!!

Best place in Louisiana hands down. This place exceeds expectations. It is beyond clean, friendly, inviting, and over all the best experience I've ever had with a tattoo studio.

This place is truly the studio you are looking for be it your first, last, or just new addition to your human skin canvas.

The employees there are beyond what you expect and exude such a welcoming vibe that you instantly feel as if you had always known these guys, and have been coming to this place all your known life.

My first impression of the studio was that it was insanely clean, and well set up. But what stood out in my mind the most, aside from the amazing self done art on the wall, was the fact that no flash was found anywhere. I didn't see dime-a-dozen butterflies, or the classic every-girl-had-one dolphin..

They tote the idea of custom pieces and deliver with flying colors.

My personal experience there was amazing and nearly moved me to tears. I went in to get a memorial piece done on my arm, an image a best friend had drawn up that represented my grandmother. Mike Williams took the image and added to it and turned it into an amazing custom piece of art just for me.

It not only suited me, but I think it does the memory of my Late grandmother, justice.

I'm making plans to go back not only for the rest of my ideas/works, but to finish the memorial tattoo.

As long as I live in Louisiana, no matter WHERE in Louisiana, I will make the drive to go to High Resolution Tattoo.

A main goal of mine is to get something done by each of the guys there.

You really can't go wrong with any of them.

No matter who you chose be it Mike Williams, Kurtus Phillip, Richard, or Needlz, you will not be disappointed.

Why bother with the rest... I decided to get my 4th tat from this place.. and hands down.. it has been my best experince yet. Kurt there made me feel very welcome.. he was very open to my ideas.. and drew up exactly what I wanted.. but far better than i could have imagined. His work is just as awesome as he is... its not even completed yet and im in love with it.. cant wait to see the finished product. Thank you Kurt!

WORST PIERCING PLACE!!!!!!!. My girlfriend and I both have had piercings from many different places. I went with my girlfriend who wanted to get a second tongue piercing. The guy took an extremely long time, seemed nervous, and appeared to not really know where the right equipment was. During and after the piercing, his hands were shaking, and the worst was yet to come!!! When we saw her piercing it was completely slanted to the side of her tongue!!! Not slightly slanted, DRASTICALLY SLANTED. There was almost a HALF AN INCH DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ENTRY POINT AND THE EXIT POINT OF THE BAR!!!!!! The piercer even had the nerve to say it looked good when he knew that he had messed up (his voice was quivering as he said that it looked good). EVEN WORSE, he was extremely nervous to take it out and finally admitted that there will be a lot of blood when he takes it out. I found this strange and realized that he knew he had made an even worse mistake. He had PIERCED THROUGH ONE OF THE TWO MAIN VEINS in the tongue, which was evident in how much BLOOD came out. When she showed the tattoo artist for a second opinion, he admitted it was slanted, but seemed to not care whatsoever beyond that, saying "whatever, talk to the piercer about that." Overall, High Resolution ranks dead last out of all of the piercing places either me or my girlfriend have been to. Do NOT get any piercings here whatsoever, it was an extremely bad experience!!!!
