Over one year and still no albums/prints/video....
It has been over one year since I hired these crooks. They were quick to send me invoices and harass me to pay when I added extra hours of coverage for my wedding in 2010. It is now near the end of 2011 and I have not received one returned phone call or email from them in regards to where my albums, prints and wedding video are. I was even told that they might have lost part of my wedding video. So here I am still waiting and meanwhile BCC'ing every email to my lawyer.....Take my story and the many REAL other stories on this site as a warning. DO NOT BELIEVE THE ONE-LINE FAKE REVIEWS DONE BY THEIR EMPLOYEES!! Do your research on a photographer and go with someone who comes recommended from a friend or family member. I PAID CLOSE TO $4,000 with these people and so far have NO RESULTS. Take your business elsewhere, these people are HORRIBLE!!!!!
The only reason there is a star on their rating is because it will not allow you to rate them a zero star company...
this people all they want is your money. this people are horrible they never answer calls or call back is been almost a year and still nothing abut my albums. already filed a complaint and got in contact of a lawyer, i wish i had never picked them. the bridal extravaganza should not allow them to come in anymore because that's were i find them i though i was getting a good company.
We had a great experience!. I loved our photographer... He and his partner did a fantastic job. They were professional, flexible, and hard working. I can't wait to see their work

STAY AWAY!!!!. Worst effing company on the face of the earth, check their BBB rating!! Horrible experience before, DURING and after the wedding. STILL don't have our albums 1 YEAR after our ceremony! Stay as far away from The Photography Shoppe as you can!!

I was from STL. Ross was a fun guy and I hate to say anything bad about him personally but the fact that he now won't reply to emails or call my husband back makes me judge his motives and his business ethics.
I just can't understand how it can take so long when we, the customer, had to pic out which pictures we wanted in the albums and on which freakin page. Maybe they need to stop expanding to more cities if their headquarters can't handle the work load. Better yet, maybe they should have more 'customer service' hours than 11-3 Mon-Thurs.
Can ANYONE help me and tell me how to get my albums???? The albums we PAID for. Customer Service doesn't stop till everything the consumer has paid for has been met. And I can tell you right now, this customer is SUPER MAD!

This company is horrible! I signed a contract for wedding pics in March 2010. The wedding was October 2010 (10 months ago) and I still do not have the 3 albums plus portrait that were promised. They did share the digital pics, which were awful! The photographer was late and got high at the wedding. The Austin affiliate who managed the photographer is unable to assist with a refund or cannot produce the albums. The owner "Ken Ramsey" does not return phone calls, there is no answer on the company phone. If you care at all about your pics stay away. Check out the horrible reviews on The Knot (search The Knot Forums for Ken Ramsey Photography - you will see a long history of complaints). Any positive reviews are probably written by a company employee.
Please report to your Better Business Bureau and your Attorney General's Office. Do not let this company get away with these scams. It is awful to take away lifelong memories from people.. . STAY FAR FAR AWAY AND REPORT TO EVERY ORGANIZATION, WEBSITE, NEWS, ETC.
ANOTHER AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
****UPDATE-----I filed a complaint with BBB and Attorney Generals office of LA and I kid you not within 2 weeks of filing the complaints (mid August) I had multiple phone calls from Ken, a letter in the mail explaining the delay and within another 2 weeks I had ALL 3 of my albums! It made me angry I waited so long to file complaints. ***
We were married in San Antonio. The engagement pictures we got were great and we received the disc in a timely manner. We used the same photographer for the wedding... he was good for portraits but did not really have the experience to shoot a wedding. Chris Howard at the San Antonio office should have known this. We got some good pictures and the photographers were nice, but I am not sure the second shooter did anything. To make matters worse the photographer did not capture our kiss as he was taking a picture of a baby in the crowd at this moment (you can see in a family friends picture of our kiss the photographer was clearly not paying attention). Anyhow.. we again received our disc of pictures, however, attempting to get our albums has been a one sided nightmare. Think twice before you use this company. If you like writing endless emails and making phone calls nonstop only to leave messages on a machine then you are in luck. I think there are far better companies out there. I filed out a complaint on the BBB website. Seems as though a lot of others have done so as well.
WARNING!!! CAUTION!!!. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT THAT SPECIAL DAY. I HIRED THIS HORRIBLE F***EN COMPANY TO DO THE VIDEO AND PICTURES THE DAY OF MY WEDDING WHICH WAS IN 2009 AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY ALBUM. I PURCHASED THE VIDEO PACKAGE THAT HAD THE CINEMATIC TRAILER WHICH I NEVER GOT NOR THE RAW FOOTAGE. THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EVENT OF WHICH I HAVE NO KEEPSAKE. I BELIEVE THIS PEOPLE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. I THINK THAT IF WE ALL GET TOGETHER AND HIRE A LAWYER MAYBE WE CAN SUE THE COMPANY AND GET THEM OFF OF BUISINESS AND KEEP THEM FROM RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. PLEASE EVERYONE LETS GET TOGETHER ON THIS.
