Absolutely Horrible!!!. We have tried it a few times giving them a chance to redeem themselves. However, instead of improving, it has got progressively worse each time. The most recent trip: Wait time for table = 10 minutes (not too bad).

Ordered appetizers = took 20 minutes and brought out wrong apps (bad). Ordered entree's = waiter came back 10 minutes after ordering and said they were out of the one i ordered (worse). Brought out food at all different times (whatever). Halfway through my 8 year old son's meal he says he feels really bad and has to run to bathroom. He was feeling completely fine before the meal. He proceeded to get sick in the bathroom for a good half hour from the food he was served. (unforgivable).

Don't go there if you plan to eat !!!!. While shopping Friday 5/27/2011 at the Mall of Louisiana my wife told me she was starved. Bj's was right there, so I wheeled in. From the very begining I had a strange feeling as a group of teenage employees were at the front hostess desk. It seemed that they were instructed not to give a table for four to a couple. After some ganshing of teeth and wringing of hands we were asked to seated at booth for two which we refuesed. We finally got a talble for four and were seated there were plenty of empty tables

I'm 6' 2" and weigh 320lbs a booth just won't do

The young waiter who's name is certainly forgetable was very pleasant but as it turned out very incompitant.

He suggested that we might have an appetizer and we ordered same . After a considerable time he finally brought our drinks at which time we ordered our meal.

Guests who had come in after we did were getting thier food., we had never gotten our appitizer we hailed an other waiter to tell him we had never gotten our appetizer at which time he said " oh ya it's been setting in the window" We waited a while longer and we left. We were in Bj's about 40 minutes left and still hungry

Later that afternoon I called Bj's and spoke with the Gereral Manger who only wanted to argue the time we were in the restaurant it appears it took the waiter 20 minutes to turn our order in and 20 more minutes for us not to get our order.

As I said don't go to Bj's if your hungry, about the food I haven't got a clue and I know I'm never going to find out.
