The staff was very personable,.... The staff was very personable, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. My only con is the pricing and the way hair stylists' prices continue to rise but you aren't aware of that price until you complete the appointment.

And this is the horrible hole that's only on the right side of my head where the hair is NOTICEABLY shorter than on the left side. Both sides have a cow lick but only this one is sticking straight up
