TERRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS. We had a party of nine and we were refused to be seated when 8 of the 9 people had arrived. There was NO ONE else in the restaurant and we were treated like absolute crap by the hostess. What a shame that they lost 9 people for business that night. We are American Express Black card members and this review will be posted EVERYWHERE. Huge mistake Koto...big. You lost out on easily your biggest bill of the night. How dare your hostess pull out a pad to write down the food order of our "missing" party while we are in the lobby and there is no one eating in your restaurant. Pathetic way to run a business. If you want to be treated terribly, go eat at Koto.
