Not a good value!!!!!

Had a pedicure... thought for the price would be a full spa pedicure... boy was I wrong.. no paraffin wax treatment, technician did not exfoliate my heals very well, polish well...... I have had way better. Atmosphere not the greatest... very cold to me... Will not go back... Shame too, when they were located on Corporate close to Citi Place they were very good... they have definitely gone down hill. Their prices are for five star service, but their services are two star at the most..
- Pros: Front Desk clerk was friendly
- Cons: Very Pricey for poor quality services

great for cut but not color

I had a hair cut here a few months back and was very pleased but today I went for a single color (not highlight) and was charged $145. when i questioned the amount, I was told $100 for the color and $45 for blowdry and shape. If I had known they'd charge to dry my hair, which no one mentioned, I wouldn't have let them do it. In my opinion its insane to charge someone for a service that should be complimentary, am I supposed to leave with soaking wet hair!!
- Pros: nice atmosphere
- Cons: expensive color!!

Worst haircut ever!

This is bar none, the worst haircut I have ever had. To add insult to injury I was charged $20 more than the price quoted to me on the phone. I specifically asked how much would the cut cost me from the particular hairdresser. When I went to pay after my haircut from hell they demanded $20 extra dollars and asked me if it was a man who quoted me that price. She said, "well we have been having problems with him" but she still made me pay! My haircut will take months to grow out and I will never return. Worst experience ever.

- Cons: Hair was mangled, charged more than quoted price
