Unprofessional and Stressful Experience. Our experience at massage emporium was unexpectedly awful! We were greeted by the receptionist telling us that they did not have our reservation in the computer. She asked me the name of the person who made our reservation, which we did not know because we didn't think there would be any problem. The other massage therapists who weren't busy were all standing behind the front desk looking stressed out over the situation and talking loudly about it. She proceeded to ask another couple who was waiting to change their reservation so that they could accommodate us. It was totally unprofessional and embarrassing.

Furthermore, when it was time for our session to begin our room was too lit and during the first half of the massage we could hear the other employees down the hallway talking and laughing. I couldn't even relax during the massage because the environment there was anything but serene.

The next morning I called and asked for a manager/owner to discuss our issues with our visit and after explaining what happened, the manager asked if he could call me back as he seemingly had put someone on hold on another line and didn't have time to handle my call.

Horrible and we will never return again!…

Very good service. I walked in to make an appointment and I was surprised that they had an opening available right then. The massage was great and the price was the best I have seen in town. Very good service and nice people.…
