bad service makes for bad food. Not worth the prices, and the service is spotty. I have been here several times, and tonight was the worst.

I started by ordering a baked potato soup. The server told me it was the special. After a few minutes, she came back and said they were out of it. Then, she offered up a chicken soup. The soup arrived, as did my entree, at the exact same time. THe waiter than told the runner to bring the entree back to the kitchen to keep it warm.

When I got the entree it was cold. The waiter had no interest,in seeing how it was, because she was busy talking to the hugh hefner want to be at the bar.

In fairness, I have had good meals here, but eating here seems to be a gamble.

Excellent Food & Excellent Service!. Absolutely LOVED both of my dining experiences here. Hope to go back again soon! Food is fresh and perfectly prepared & the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Very Nice!!. J. Alexander's is a place that you can always count on. I live near by and really enjoy going there for their wine tastings on Tuesday night. It's a great way to get out and do something without going to a bar.
