Thanks American Plumbing!. I work out of town. My wife called telling me that our house was flooded. She called American Plumbing and Terry showed up right away to check everything out. It turned out that we had several busted water lines in the slab. At first our insurance company was trying to give us the run around. Terry told us to feel free to have our adjuster call him. Our adjuster called Terry, he explained everything to him and our insurance company agreed to cover all of our loss. Very Happy!. We are so glad that we called and chose American Plumbing to repair our busted drain line in the slab. We were given so much bad and incorrect information by other companies. We had one company that wanted to pump sewer water through our attic. Needless to say, we did not like that solution at all. Terry showed up and explained to us all of our options. Thanks!. I am retired and live on really limited budget. When I found out that my toilets needed to be replaced along with the flanges that they sit on, I was very worried. I just did not know how I could afford it. The plumber told me to call the office and Terry would probably work out a payment plan with me. Well, I did and he did. I just told him what I could afford and he assured me that as long as I make my payments on time there would be no late fees added to the monthly payments. Very Happy!. Due to a business contact I waited a long time to call American Plumbing. But, after the plumbing company I used for years due my business obligation kept failing me, I finally called American Plumbing. I have known Terry for years and he has always impressed me. He sent one of his plumbers over that evening and his plumber immediately knew I had a drain problem. Terry came out and performed a video inspection and pointed out a bad spot in my line but, told me I could probably wait on making a repair in my slab. He recommended I replace the trap behind my washing machine but, was not trying to hard sell me. He took time with me and made me fill very comfortable. He even gave me a discount on the video inspection due to my daughter just being born. I now recommend American Plumbing to everybody.…
