30.408274 -91.022229My family has used wonder cuts for almost three years. They have always offered coupons online and in the paper until about three months ago. Why? Please continue to offer coupons to families. This is very upsetting and financially difficult to add $12 or more each month for haircuts. Thank you.
Ok, but had problems with them closing early, too.
On two different occasions, I've arrived at Wonder Cuts close to the time to close, and though there were people inside, they wouldn't let me in. One time it was at least 10 minutes before posted closing time.
I used to go out of my way to Wonder Cuts, but now I'm going to just go to SuperCuts where the price and haircut are comparable and the hours and choice of locations are better. Custom service matters!
does not cater to the customer.
I wanted to get a haircut before Thanksgiving and trust me, a haircut for me is easy for the stylists---I have short hair, only requiring a 1 on the side and a 2 or 3 on top---it does not take long. I usually get my haircut at Wonder Cuts on Coursey Boulevard. I went by this morning and they were busy---3 people were waiting. This evening I drove by Wonder Cuts on Coursey Boulevard to see if it was still opened. I was excited as the hours of operation on the door indicated that they closed at 8:00 p.m.--there is no sign indicating you have to be there before 8:00 p.m. in order to be a customer. Also, at this time, no one was waiting. I parked, open the door, observed that 2 stylists were cutting hair, a 3rd one was sweeping near her chair and a 4th stylist (or greeter) was by the register, and I proceeded to walk inside. One of the stylists cutting hair saw me and told me that they were no longer accepting customers tonight. I looked at her strangely as I knew it was not late (before 8:00 p.m.), but I did not say anything and left.
I got in my truck and checked the time on my cell phone---it was 7:49 p.m.
I then drove to Fantastic Sam's on Jones Creek Road, which indicated that it also closed at 8:00 p.m. I walked in and was told I was in time. I was immediately seated, the stylist proceeded to cut my hair, finished cutting my hair, I paid her, tipped her and then walked to my truck. I got in my truck and checked the time on my cell phone---it was 8:01 p.m.
In this era of choice and competition, customer service and treating the customer properly becomes more important. Wonder Cuts has lost my business.
