Very Disappointed, will not return. Began a prepaid service in November 2008. Spa called prior to December appt to say machine for service was broken and would call to rescheudle appt when repair was done. Spa never called back. I called three times and was told technician would return call. Never received return call. Called fourth time in Feb 2009, was told machine was still broken, asked to speak with owner to request other services be provided to replace prepaid service. Was told owner would return call - still have not received return call.…
