Anyone who lives there should ask them to test for mold in your apt. by a mold testing co. Not a duct cleaning co. and not a mold co. that comes back with a report in 48 hours because that will not show results on mold yet (it can take a week). You will find they will not want to comply with the law. Why? They know what is there and it is a major infestation of mold in air ducts and walls and at least 4 known toxic kinds. Notice that black growth on the air vents, they will tell you it is dust then have the air ducts cleaned. It is not dust. Beware their reaction if you do this. You may get a very rude reaction and maybe even a threat as I did but there are laws and eventually even they will find out they cannot move people into a toxic environment with out at least asking if it is ok! I have the documentation to prove what I said and if anyone wants more info please ask. Your health may be at risk especially small children and babies!

Worst after hours maintenance Service

If after hour service is needed you need to watch out. Because you can spend an evening and night with

90 degree temperature in your apartment and the maint. men will not even come out to check your service.

Also, be careful because some work is never done and they will increase your rent for calling them out.
