Amazing service & variety. We went in the day before prom my son was fitted but they didn't have his choice in the baton rouge location so they found it in Lafayette. We drove down the next day the Lafayette location where we also had a great experience & great service even though we were extremely late. They got his size perfected and got us on our way with amazing timing considering they had five proms & baton rouge had several too. They were able to offer a tux that other stores did not therefore my son was able to stand out at prom. Another great part was I was allowed to return the tuxedo to the baton rouge location. They were extremely helpful, educated & nice throughout the whole last minute 24 Htureen around we had. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others. A+ service, knowledge & selection. Both locations gave us 100% to make my son's prom experience the best.
Best Vendor that I Had. Todd and his staff were very helpful throughout the whole experience. I was very anal and they were helpful everytime that I spoke with them. Every tux for my wedding (11) was perfect and the limo service was top notch. I will defiantly refer these guys to anyone. BEST IN TOWN!

This is a response to the review written by Keriandrus on 06/04/2008. I am the manager of Miller's Formals. I will start by saying that our delivery was behind schedule that week so we called the Groom to ask that he not pick up the tuxedos till 1:00 the day before the wedding. He came right at opening time so had to wait for the alterations to be completed. At approximately at 1:00 when he came by the store to pick up the correct size shirt that he needed I apologized for the inconvenience and told him that I had talked to the bride about the situation that we had regarding the late delivery. He said it was no problem and said not to concern myself with the bride because she was just nervous about all that was going on. In regards to the vest not fitting the groomsmen, this was not told to me or I would have been able to get them other vest. I told the bride I would give her an additional $50 along with her $50 deposit she was supposed to get back anyway. I have the cancelled checks as proof of this. As much as we try we realize that we can not win them all.
If you visit our store you will most definitely see our standards are very high regarding our customer service! Please do not use this one review to make your decision to use us. Visit our store and see for yourself! For 16 years I personally have served thousands of brides well and will continue this tradition.
TWO THUMBS UP!!!. I was shopping around for tuxedo rentals at the local formal shops and every store had one of two answers, "extra charge for that" or " no we don't do that." When got to Millers which was the last on the list, I was mentally drained, so needless to say I wasn't for any B.S. I told the employee what I was looking for, what colors I needed and accessories that wanted. He gave me price that I couldn't believe. It was a lot cheaper than the other guys that I had been to and had everything that I wanted. I was a pest. I called every week to see if all of the17 guys had come in to be fitted and each time I'd call, they were always nice and pleasant on the phone. Each of the17 tuxedos fitted perfectly. The limo came on time and the driver, who was real nice guy, did everything that was asked of him. I have recommended Millers Formals and will keep recommending them. Oh, by the way, the limo was FREE. To Millers Formals, keep treating people like ya'll treated me and you'll be around for a long time
HORRIBLE!!!!! BOTH LOCATIONS. Never use this company...I repeat...NEVER use this company. I had a very large wedding party and rented 14 tuxedos from this place. When it was time to pick up the tuxedos, none of the 14 were hemmed, one of the guys had a shirt missing and they actually made the groomsmen drive to another store to pick it up instead of offering to bring it to him. Also the vests did not fit the groomsmen. To make matters worse, my bridal party was 4 hours late for our rehearsal dinner because they didn't have the tuxedo's ready when they said they would and my wedding was out of town. After hearing the news from my fiance, I called the manager and explained the problem. He said he would call me back and get things straightened out. He didn't call me back that day or even a week later. I had to call him 3 times before he would fix the issue. He said he would send me a $50 check in the mail. Well that's fine and all, but I was supposed to get $50 back from the limousine deposit anyway, so all in all, he did nothing about the situation!!! I even told him that I would not recommend him to anyone EVER!!! Please do not use this company. The manager, employees, and service were all HORRIBLE!! The workers even had attitudes.
