Stay away!. Faulty products, horrible customer service, and overpriced. Ask around and find a better computer store. They lie. Horrible experiences with several people at their store. You have to keep going back because they never fix the problem in the first place.

Get a second opinion. They told us the hard drive was fried and it would cost over 200 to repair and extra to back up files. Got a second opinion only to find out that it was our windows operating system. Saved about 200.00 and now we are back up and running.

I love these folks!. These guys are great! I have an older MacBook that I was having issues with. I took it to the Apple store & I was told that it would cost me $200 just for someone to look at the laptop! Then, I called Computer Heaven. The technician was able to diagnose AND fix my problem for less than what Apple was going to charge me just to look at it! Awesome experience, fantastic service. I'll be back!
