Poor customer service. I have a Medical problem that prevents me from eating pizza. My son wanted to eat at Gattis buffet. They wouldn't allow us to enter because I wouldn't pay for my own buffet, I even offered to sit on the bench in the foyer the whole time while my son ate alone. They denied us.
