Terrible lumpy nails. I went into the Regal Nails at Walmart in Canal Winchester. I went in for just a balance. I waited over 10 minutes because the woman working there was watching TV is a side room. The gentleman looked up from his customer and told her I was there. She said where I had my nails done the last time and I told her she got really mad because they weren't done there. I just wanted a balance. I also told her that I want my nails rounded like they were when I came in. Not only did I not get them rounded but they were square either. I am not sure what to call the shape they were in. I came out of that store with odd shaped and lumpy nails. She made no attempt to make them right. While doing my nails she kept pulling on my hand. If I move just an inch she slapped my hand. Not only will I not go back there I place to tell everyone that I know not to go there. I am happy to say that I went to a better managed place and my nails are great. If you are in the market for rude customer service, lumpy and odd shaped nails this Regal Nails is the place for you.
