I have been a loyal customer of the Optical Shoppe for at least 7 years. I have purchased a few Oliver Peoples sunglasses and shouldn't be surprised at the exceptional service Cindy and her staff delivers, but they have always exceeded my expectations. I usually avoid signing up for these user review websites, but did so to express my appreciation to Cindy and to help others find great eye wear with incomparable customer service. This review has been a long time overdue. I'm please to finally write this for such a deserving local business.

Well, the crew from Optical Shoppe do
it again. For the past 24 years Cindy, and her staff have pampered me, and spoiled me. I've trusted their attention to what I need from my eyewear, and that's what matters to me. I never desire to buy new glasses because I always love the last pair I purchased from Optical Shoppe. Well, I love my new ones.
The selection Optical Shoppe offers is quality, the best of todays styles, and fashions to the classic wear that is always the style. Also, no other business offers a better selection of sunglasses in styles, and brands. So, if you want attention to whats import to you for your eyewear needs in Baton Rouge the Optical Shoppe is the only place to buy. I promise you will be a return customer.

No luck if you need to return or refund for legitimate reason!.
Beware! The sales people try to talk or twist your arm into buying!!! Be strong. They don't mention a return or refund policy. THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY! I tried to return a pair of sunglasses the same day after realizing they weren't dark enough for the sunshine. No such Luck!
The selection leaves a lot to be desired. I'll never shop there again!
