Worst Customer Service. I had gotten a giftcard as a wedding gift to this printing shop. I went to order stationary and cards and the lady was not helpful at all. She was rushing me and told me to take a catalog home and come back when I was ready to order. I let her know that was interested in purchasing that day. I had to do everything myself, i took the book and look through it & made placed my order. She said I would get an email confirming my order but I never got one. I did not like the way it came out but to avoid any conflict I took it home and promise I will not return. They are only nice & friendly to the customers that come in there regularly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful wedding experience. I used Paper'N Things for my wedding invitations, cake napkins, and an embosser that I ordered. I also bought thank you notes in both my married and maiden initials. Honestly I did not have one single problem with this company. Everything was done in a timely manner-they sent the proofs quickly, had the invitations finished quickly, and I had the napkins months before the wedding. The only issue we did have was that they must have misplaced the order for the embosser (which was done after the invitations) and it took a while to arrive, but that is not a big deal. I was much more concerned about the invitations and thank you notes. They did fabulous labels with the addresses and the ink did not rub off when it was rainy, and they even stamped and mailed our invites for an additional fee. It was so easy! In fact, I was so happy with their services that I was just searching for their website because I want them to do invitations for my mother's 60th birthday party. I would highly recommend using them for your events! Their store has a lot of cute things in it too, though they are a little overpriced. All in all it was a good experience!
