I took my new truck to have a radar detector installed at David's. The cost was a little high at about $65. But, the biggest cost was realized a few months later: I left my truck outside for a rainy weekend, and entered it after a few days to find water soaking the carpets. I took the truck to the dealer, and they determined that the leak came from where the wire was run from the radar detector installation--the gasket had been bent back letting water in. I brought this up to Louis at David's and he denied any wrongdoing, waffling on what was presented to him by me and the dealership. $1,100 in the hole because David's did a shoddy job of installation. I will have to sue them in small claims court. What a waste of both their time and mine. DO NOT GO TO DAVID's!!!!!!!

Go somewhere else. I went to Davids to get component speakers installed in my car. When i goto pick it up installer has my head unit pulled out and is playing with rear speakers. after speaking to the owner he said my car would be fine and tried to blame distortion on my head unit.

Later I discovered that the installer cracked my tweeter housing, stabbed my midbass surround with a screwdriver, and damaged my door.

Thank You david's for damaging my speakers, car and charging me 150$. Oh and lying to my face.

Do yourself a favor and don't go here.
