Worst dealership ever. Totally messed up financing, wouldn't return calls, ended up with $460 of our money they were supposed to send in for the first payment, but didn't, were not able to keep us informed on progress of getting the title so we could get a license plate. At this point, we bought the car almost 2 months ago and in 3 days, we will have no license plate and will have to stop driving the car until this can be sorted out. They are awful. Don't go there.
DO NOT go to Team Honda. They are unprofessional and will lie to you. The salesman told me he sometimes low-balls a customer when they leave then won't honor the deal if they return. Also the used car manager told me he'd hold a car till I got off work, then called about 4:15 to tell me he sold it! Said he never said he'd hold it as he can't hold cars - well then why didn't he tell me that when I asked if he would hold it????? I feel like they low-balled us and then didn't want to go through with the deal. I reported them to the BBB and wrote all of those involved and Preston Peterson (part owner) a letter. Very unprofessional!!!
Worst Dealer Ever.. Do not ever go there and buy anything from them. They are rude, unprofessional and racist!!! They sold me a used car and 2 weeks later the car broke down costing $500 to fix. They claimed they did a point to point inspection on the vehicle but they are not being honest. When I confronted them they were arrogant, rude and just plain mean. But I will seek legal advice and if it takes the rest of my life I will bring them down. They are not concerned with retaining customers. All they are concerned about are themselves. I will tell everyone that I know do not shop with them ever!!!
Wonderful Service!! – We are from out of town and on a Sunday our beloved Pilot broke down. After being towed to TeamHonda we rented a car and had to drive back to Lake Charles. Monday morning when I called to be sure they checked out the car I was transfered to Jason in service. He was very polite, helpful, explained what was wrong, and recommendations as well as a price and expectations. Parts were ordered overnight and work was done quickly to accomodate my schedule with work and getting back to Baton Rouge. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

No stress car buying really does exist! – I got the best deal at Team Honda. I didn't even need to shop around because they gave me the best figure from the start. I love my new Pilot. I am a mom of 3 and my salesman Brandon made the process easy since it was the first new car I purchased on my own. I now have it serviced there and they always get my vehicle in and out in no time. Thank you Team Honda.
Worst Place Ever – i bought a vehicle from a wonderful, kind, and professional salesman who went above and beyond for me and my family. during the entire process. I called back some weeks later only to find that he had quit. After doing a little investigating, I Found ou where he landed and asked him what had happened-- Part of my decision to buy came from the assumption, based on his attitude and comments he made, that he would be there for a long, long time. I know stories are subjective and biased, but The things he said led me to believe, that this place is NOT interested in retaining customers or employees for any length of time. If you are looking for a good salesman who will be there when you need him...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
I myself felt the management staff was arrogant, and not very cordial....dry and cold.
We still have Professional Salespersons and staff, some employees that have been here with Team for 16 years are more. I agree that some stories are subjective and biased, and that there is always two sides to every story. Worst dealer ever – Do not even bother with this place. Very try to be sneaky salesmen especially a guy by the name of David. They will refuse to give a price till you are buying that day. Who buys a car not knowing what price you will pay till the day you buy? They are known for this. They play all the usual dealer games. Stay far away from this place.
