Nice Hotel/Policies inconsistent!. This was nice hotel in a reasonable location. We stayed here over the Christmas Holidays in 2005. We arrived late and had good service from night desk clerk. However, in the morning the bell boy would not let me take a cart upstairs and insisted I let him come and get my luggage. I told him I used it the night before and he was nowhere to be found. Anyway, he wanted to come up and wait and that is exactly what he did until I was ready. I don't like to be rushed just because a bell boy wants to be paid! He did later tell me after Katrina they had problems with damage and actually had a cart stolen. I understood better then. But if I use the cart the night before, I can use it in the morning as well.
