very disappointed

I had an appointment with Nathan (owner) he pawned me off on one of the "assistants" the whole time but I still payed his prices. He complained about other stylists in HIS salon. Then I overheard him yelling at a few of his employees from the back room. It was so awkward. My hair is ok (not great) and the service was awful. Lux had a great reputation but the more I talk around B.R. Nathan has a bad rap.

• Pros: Nice location, blah interior
• Cons: bad atmosphere, owner was rude!

Saved my Hair!

Ms Ginger fixed something that 4 stylists and myself only made worse before. She listened to me whine about all the drama I've put my hair through. She ask me what i wanted and didn't want. She worked her expertise and gave me the hairstyle i needed. It's perfect.

Awesom massage!

Deep tissue massage with Melany was great - one of the best I ever had. My husband had a back pain for a long time, so he got several massages from Melany also and was very pleased.
