Bosch & Stantons a " loose loose situation"..
We purchased a Bosch washer & dryer front loader May 2010 , since June of last year we have had their so called service techs come out to try and repair our applainces(6 times) and 3 different techs. Each had their own theory how to use and clean clothes with these faulty design machines. The washer does not clean clothes, leaves clothes stinking. Dryer does not dry clothes, leaves them damp (tech told us that is how Bosch makes their machines) to not dry all the way, my wife has to dry them twice. Plus dryer constantly shuts off if there is any lent on filter at all. Contacted the manager at the Sherwood store where we bought them and begged him to contact Bosch for us and get our $2000.00 back, had every excuse why not to and after my pleading he finally sent the paper work that Bosch needed to hear our case, I had to call Bosch, Mike would not and did not care either. I told him that my wife and I have to care for my wifes 88 year old mother who is in a wheel chair and is a full time job and my wife does not need more STRESS on her right now. Bosch would not refund our money because Mike did nothing to help us, only sent 2 service call bills to Bosch not the 6 . So now a year has gone by and warranty has run out.
