southerngirl0909, I had the EXACT same experience. They also got my appointment time wrong and tried to talk me into a pedicure instead. I had a friend who worked there and said that no one but one person was licensed there.

GREAT SERVICES. Well girls, I am 58 years old and have some good facials in the past 20 years, but what I got today was the BEST EVER!!! I am very pleased with the results I got after my facial at Face and Body!!!! I also had a spa mani/pedi today, Pam does a GREAT job and the bottom of my feet are super smoothhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! I bought a voucher from Groupon but they have other specials going and I'm already booked for my next facial and mani/pedi . I'm going to try a chemical peel, Can't wait!!!

FACE & BODY IS THE BEST!!!. ALL of Face& Body's services are the best in town!!!! I've been with them for 5 years!! They offer specials and they even give them to me a monthly customer!! They are very busy because they are the best!! Sometimes I have to wait to get a mani/pedi appointment, but they are worth the wait!! I'm not in a room full of people and everyone there speaks English!! It's very relaxing and private!! They are there to take care of me, I'm sure there can be hick ups along the line, but people need to learn that the world doesn't rotate around just them, learn some patience people!! Thanks Face and Body for the best mani/pedi and facials I've every had!! P S, i had teeth whitening there too and it was great, NO PAIN AND NOTHING SENSETIVE EITHER!!!!

Horrible. Don't do it. They are not respectable of their clients. I had an appointment at 6:30. There was no one to greet me so they had a sign to wait outside in the parking lot. At my appointment time, the sign disappeared but the door was locked. I was not sure if they went out the back as no one came out the front door. I kept calling and no one answered. I kept knocking and no one came. I waited till 6:45 and decided to leave. I called one more time and someone answered and said everyone else left for the day. I was very upset at this time. Definitely not a relaxing experience! Spend your money at a business that actually respects their clients.

Teeth Whitening. I saw that Face and Body is running a deal on teeth whitening. Face and Body has a lot of great services but this is not one of them. I had a facial there a few months back and it was great but while I was there I scheduled the teeth whitening procedure. It was like the cheap kiosk in the mall. My gums were sore after and my teeth didn't even change color. I have used crest white strips before and they work better than this. Just go to the store and get the strips, they work if you do them consistently. If you need something stronger I have heard the in office whitening done at a dental office works better. I haven't tried it but I think it is called Zoom or Zoom2.
