World Famous Boudin B4lls. Tony's Seafood has international acclaim for many of its local seafood items, but none as in great demand as its traditional boudin b4lls. It seems that few people outside of Baton Rouge / south know what boudin b4lls are. The b4lls themselves are delicious, filled with just the right amount of stuffing (crab meat, crawfish, rice, etc.) and they resemble the ever-popular hush puppies. If no one else in the entire world sold boudin b4lls, it is a guarantee that I will continually come back to Louisiana just to get a few. They are so good that people order them for hundreds of dollars just to have them shipped. These things are addicting as they are delicious and I guarantee they will be at my wedding.
