Great Customer Service at a time of need!!. Had a disaster with another florist in town?called this guys late in the day and they made it happen! My wife LOVED her beautiful flowers

NON delivery of 25th Anniversary Flowers from Rick Heromans. They DID NOT deliver our 25th anniversary flowers, if they could have seen the look on my husbands face when he realized his flowers did not arrive, how hurt he was, that I did not recieve his gift. When I called the following day, they said "Ricky" said the computer system was down, which was not true as we had a confirmation email, then, "ricky" said, sorry, we have your flowers ready to deliver today, .. If the flowers do not arrive for the event, it is ruined. I found them rude, and inadequate.
