The faux Mexican trimmings are all here -vivid primary colors painted walls, working class murals and latticed rebar. Salsa music is piped in. Bt Salsarita's lives up to the freshness promised in its moniker. Tacos and burritos are the main fare, while fresh fillings include rice, beans, vegetables, cheese, guacamole, black olives and four choices of salsa. Choose from beef, chicken, steak, shrimp or vegetarian.

Authentic Mexican food. I was pretty impressed with the food, it was spiced well and totally fresh. They had some trouble with the flautas which were a bit soggy. Rather overpriced for the quality you actually get but good compared to most Mexican restaurants near by
