This place is a rip off. I bought a living social for a ipl photo facial and the anestation told me I had a condition called malasma and could not do the treatment till I used the products they sold for 4 weeks and had to have anouther service the spa offerd before I could use my already pre paid living social. Which i aprently do not have because i got anouther opinion and had te ipl done with no problems. I spent 130$ on products and that was even her giving me samples to cut down cost. The products made me face dry out so bad it was cracking I asked for a refund for the face wash drying out my face not only did she say never. The owner scolded me like a child and verbally attacked me.

One hour took off months of stress!. I just moved to Baton Rouge a few months ago, and I've been looking for a good spa. I feel very fortunate to have found Lokka.

I'll confess I'm a facial junkie, and I also travel extensively, so I've had facials all across the nation. I can honestly rate Lokka as one of the very best I've been to. They have the atmosphere, smell, sound and overall experience down to a science.

VERY impressed. I've already booked my next appointment!

Lokka Med Spa Excellent Experience. I have treated myself to Lokka several times now and every experience has been fantastic. Prices are a little on the high side but I have to admit they spare no effort to pamper you like no other spa I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend pretty much every service I’ve ever had there. You are treated like royalty the moment you walk in. The body wraps and facials transport you to a dimension of pure relaxation and bliss. Nieshia, the masseuse, is a rare talent. I have only ever found one other masseuse to compare with her skill and that was the head masseuse on a luxury cruise ship.

Great Atmosphere! Perfect For a Small Spa Party- Elizabeth S. I recently hosted a party at Lokka Med Spa. The atmosphere was perfect! We had the whole place to ourselves (5 people), so we could enjoy ourselves without bothering other customers. We were greeted by the friendly staff, soft robes, a beautiful selection of pastries and fruit for munching on and lemon water with a twist of rosemary. The Express Facial was a great first for me! I would definitely recommend the spa to others especially for a small party. - Elizabeth

perfect place to find your inner peace and get pampered. I had the pleasure of having a massage, facial, and a mani/pedi at this wonderful spa. You are greeted by the owner and treated like a princess. No detail is overlooked and it shows in this wonderfully relaxing atmosphere The facial and massage were out of this world and the best I have ever had. I have been to many of the chain spas and none of them do justice. You feel like you are the only person these wonderful people care about and can truly relax, rejuvenate and find your inner zen while getting fabulous treatments. It is like going on a mini vacation in Baton rouge.This is one place in baton rouge you do not wanna miss!!Even though it is downtown parking is not an issue plenty around and you can easily make a day out of it by eating at wonderful places nearby and enjoying the river area. I will definately go back and can not say enough!

LOKKA MED SPA...New Name and New Owners !!!!. LOKKA MED SPA, previously named Lokka Spa Retreat, now has new owners. The atmosphere, exceptional staff and variety of services remain the same and in most cases gotten much better. Lokka Med Spa provides medical treatments (such as Botox and Juvederm) by a board certified general surgeon; however, in a day spa atmosphere with soothing and relaxing environment.

Our customer service is top notch and personal. Prices have gone down on many of our services and we offer weekly/monthly specials. Parking is continuously a bit of an issue since we are located downtown; however, there are metered parking on almost every street and at least four parking lots within a block- and parking is never and issue if you come see us in the evenings or on saturdays.

Please come in to see us. If you had a bad experience with someone beforehand, we would like for you to give Lokka Med Spa a try. We are very excited to be in the downtown are and look forward to having you as a guest.

Great Massage!!. I just wanted to thank Brandi & Nieshia over at Lokka for the best massages ever!! Me and three of my friends went in last saturday and had massages...wow is all I can say!!! Perfect pressure, great rooms with such comfortable tables! Love the soft lighting and candlelight...very friendly, very pleasant staff & I love that the owner greeted us and got us started for our day ( thats something you don't see very often) just what we needed before we start a long session! See you guys very soon!

Thanks Lokka!!. I just wanted to thank Lokka for making my sisters Bridal Shower the best ever!!! Everyone loved the place and she was so relaxed for the wedding!! What a treat!! My cousin is getting married in Nov so you will be seeing us girls again soon!! Thanks again :)
