Omg this was my first time visiting bumble lane!! Staff great!!! I had a deep tissue massage and OMG IT WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I EVER HAD!! I would most def recommend bumble lane!!!! Can't wait 2 go bk!!

Terrible!. I was basically ignored when I checked in and waited and waited. I was sitting by the "bathrooms" just waiting no one ever told me where to sit or be. After 20 min. I asked someone if I was in the right place. Then she proceeded to show me to the changing room. In the 20 min. I was waiting countess employees passed me, not once asking me if I was ok or telling me where I should go. Good thing I asked someone or I would still be sitting there. I hurried and changed knowing I am way over my time and sat in the "relaxation room", this room is not only the relaxation room it also where employee friends obviously hang out. My service was ok, nothing special. She also left out a few important instructions, I have had many facial and good thing I know them. Will never ever go back! My mother had a very similar experiance 6 months ago.

I would suggest the Aesthetics Institute by Donna Nunnaly or Paris Parker. You are treated better and get more for your money.

Basically Bumble Lane is over priced and the employees are very rude!

Loved it!! Highly suggest it for anyone getting a massage.. It was my first visit to Bumble Lane. The staff members were very kind and helpful. There was a short wait but they apologized for it. (It wasn't a problem anyway.) Everything was explained to me and my questions were answered. Very nice relaxation area. The massage was amazing. It was my first and I enjoyed the experience.

The steam showers are amazing. The floor was wet but they give you slippers. Wear the slippers and it's not a problem.

I was told where everything was and I did not feel rushed .

This is a great place. I really enjoyed myself and will be returning.

Do Not Go Here!. 1-Akward to change, lockers are in different room from

changing area. You have to get locker key, go change,

walk back down hall to lockers carrying your clothes,

shoes. After massage, changing room floor wet

and slippery(staff needed to mop floor after previous

person showered).2- Noone tells you where to go for

relaxation room--- it has EXIT sign above it, thus you

think it's a door leaving. 3- Nail salon kept HAMMERING!

not able to relax with noise!!! 3- Masseuse girl's hands kept cracking like her fingers were breaking-scary!! 4- Huge pole, many people, entrance door-bad set-up.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Felt rushed. My appointment didnt last the full hour (maybe 45 min) probably since they were running 25 minutes late and trying to catch up. You know they are rushing you out when they don't even recommend a single new product. The facial was also too much shoulder and scalp massage and only a minute or two of extraction. The place was clean and staff nice, but I am going to try somewhere else for my next one.

BEST SPA. This is a great spa!! My husband and I try to go for massages here monthly. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. The facilities are clean, refreshing, up to date and relaxing. I have no complaints about Bumble Lane, the staff or services. I highly recommend it.

great services. I got a facial from Bumble Lane. The staff was very friendly. They had an apointment available the same day I called. The spa was very clean and the atmopshere was relaxing. It was a wonderful and relaxing facial. I would recommend Bumble Lane.
