Hands on and informative without being too technical

I considered a few Baton Rouge website design companies to handle my business site, I honestly didn't know too much about what made one better than the other. I was originally attracted to Delta Creations because their quote was a little lower than some of the other companies I had spoken to or emailed, but what sealed the deal was how much they tried to inform me of how the design process works. One company threw every technical design word in the book at me, but Delta Creations put things in a way that I could understand. What I was happiest the most with was that they got my site at the top of Google for some of the words that I wanted people to find me with, and I got a lot of business out of that without having to pay anything to Google. The site looks good, and they update it when I need a change. If I had any complaints, it was that one site update I needed took a couple of days longer than expected. But instead of charge me as usual, they did the work for free and also offered me a free future update, so in the end I was happy about things. I recommend them to anyone who mentions that they are thinking about getting a website, so far at least one friend of mine had gotten a site with them and was happy with the work they did. So overall, I'm happy with Delta Creations and I'm glad I went local.
