I am really disappointed that the product that I purchased was not a true product. I was told that I was under warranty and that I would have the full support of the management team. But, the product failed and I was given the run-around from the managers to the owners. I spoke to several people in management at the main office in Baton Rouge, only to be given false promises. This young female named Ty Hingle, to be specific stated that she was the owner but that there was nothing she could do to honor my warranty.
I then spoke to a very rude person by the name of Melissa who promised to return my call but never did. Every time I called to follow up, my call went straight to voice mail or she would 'conveniently' be on lunch!!! I was misled by this company who claims that they were a CHRISTIAN COMPANY, only to find out that they were only 'Christians' so they could take your money. I should have gone to Sam's who has the same, exact product but a different name. I am a graduate of LSU university and I would like to warn all consumers to beware of the deceit that this company provides. Thank you.

The specific store I dealt with was on Bluebonnet. We bought an expensive mattress and trying to get them to exchange it has been a night mare.
Matt the salesman we purchased from ,was short handed and trying to wait on each person as best he could. Looking back I suppose that should have been a sign.
Joe is less than professional and is a sad example as a store manager. I will be sure to let any and all college students know that they do not honor their sales agreement!!!
