The owner is terrible. She treats customers as if they bother. This icludes yelling and cursing. I can't believe she is still in business. The community should boycott this horrible place.

THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND IS A B****!!!! I WORKED FOR HER AND SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT PLEASING THE GENERAL PUBLIC. SHE ACTS A COMPLETE A**!!!! DON'T EVEN TRY TO MODIFY HER MENU BECAUSE SHE WILL AND CURSE YOU OUT.

If you want to be humiliated and degraded, go to the Lily Pond. I placed a to-go order, then sat at the bar to wait. I could hear the owner cursing at the waitress for taking my order because it was after 11:00 am. I was rudely told they would prepare my order this time, but in the future all to-go orders must be placed before 11 and that her dine-in customers are her priority. She continued to curse loudly from the kitchen, dropping the F bomb at least 30 times - and there were several children in the restaurant! If I had not already paid for the order I would have left. I can't understand how this woman stays in business or keeps any employees. I have never encountered a more miserable, angry b----!!

while dining at the Lilly Pond today, i witnessed the owner hollar unspeakable things to the poor waitress. From what i could understand, she was calling the waitress stupid, ignorant all the while using profanity to no avail. Although the food was ok, we will return nor recommend this place due to the owners behavior.
The woman- owner came out of the kitchen and very rudely told people standing up to have a seat on a very filthy couch located near the door. While still cursin up at the counter,and hollaring at her staff.
