Worst customer service don't stand behind products they sell. On November 15, 2010 I bought a Toshiba 32C100U TV on sale for $329 which not much of a sale due to 11 days later on sale for $299. Their Guaranteed Low Price for 14 days on TV's is also not valid. Conn's tricking you if you want to shop around make sure it is the best price. If you buy anything from Conn's is the only guarantee you will get is if the product don't work you are on your own.

1. On November 15, 2010 it took 30 minutes to buy the tv due to employee did not know how to put information into the computer. The manager said he was too busy to help her check me out. Should have been red flag!

2. On November 26, 2010 which 11 days after I bought the TV I went to the store I purchased by TV from on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge, LA and said that my Toshiba TV is turning on but picture fuzzy. I tried my samsung to on the cox cable line and it working fine. Went to store and spoke to Eric he said Conns does not warranty anything they sell even if you bring it home the same day and it does not work. All I wanted to do is exchange the TV for a working set due to this one giving me problems and it is not even 11 days old. They told me if I wanted to pay a 15% restocking fee they would be glad to sell me another one and basically if I didn't want that to get the H$LL out of the store and don't come back. Don't worry I won't due to store trashy anyways should have bought a TV from Best Buy down the road at Mall of Louisiana.

I would not buy anything from Conns due to they don't back up what they sell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
