The service was great, selection was fabulous, and I will definitely go back..... Only wish I lived closer so I could frequent more often; looking forward to wearing my new purchases!

Very Poor Service, limited selection. I have tried shopping here many times over the past five years. Each time, I find the staff to be self absorbed and generally of no assistance. Once, I spent several hundred dollars on a dress, only to have a defect that required returning. Despite having my receipt, they would only give me a store credit. I tried so many times to go back and use the store credit but the selection is so limited, I never could. Recently, I finally decided to settle on jeans and things I just needed to spend the credit because I have tried for a year with no success. When I went to pay with THEIR store credit, they refused to honor it because it had been ONE year. Even the law says gift cards cannot expire before FIVE years. I felt like I was robbed of my money and will never even bother with this place again.

great clothes great service. what a great store. its beautiful inside & the service is friendly. i feel beautiful in everything i get from this store. the only bad thing is that i wanted everything!

great service, great selection of quality clothing. i came in from lafayette recently for one of the lsu games and stopped in to eros for the first time. i had a great experience, the girls in there were very sweet and very helpful. i thought the selection of quality clothes was amazing and ended up finding a trina turk dress that i just love in addition to a few other items and lines that i'd never found before in previous trips to baton rouge. highly reccomened and will definately visit the next time i am in baton rouge!

Beautiful store, fabulous service!!. Eros is a unique, awesome store!! If you have the opportunity to stop in, take it! I shop at this store often, and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. Eros is truly one of a kind, and offers special items.

As a somewhat swanky boutique, the service was AWFUL.. I went in to spend some money on a dress for my engagement party. It took someone ten minutes to even acknowledge me even though I had made eye contact with at least three girls, one of which is the owner! For a retail shop, the girls working should realize that without customers, thier shop will close. I left and went across to FeBe in town center and they were great! The funny thing was when I thanked the girl in FeBe for being so nice because I had just been treated like dirt, she said that so many people come in FeBe saying that Eros treated them the same way. I wanted to cry when I left Eros and will NEVER go back.

Eros- beautiful, quality... The clothes Eros has are beautiful and made extremely well. Im willing to pay big bucks for clothes of this quality and design - I love it.

Cool clothes aren't worth the price. Eros does have some really cute styles, but the price tag will make you cringe. It's possible to find a couple items that you are willing to pay the price for because you can't live without them, but that is few and far between. Nice for window shopping but not for a shopping spree.

Nice but pricey!. Eros has some great finds for Baton Rouge, but your going to pay to get these clothes. They are of great quality and very tailored and beautiful, but expensive across the board. No sales. No mixture of high end and low end items. You can get a lot of the stuff online on sale for much cheaper, if your willing to get it by mail.
