A Great Experience. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and had a terrible toothache. I called Bluebonnet Dental Care and they got me in the same day. The doctor and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very nervous and they did everything to make me comfortable and ease my fears. Great Staff - bad advice. I have no complaints about the staff; very friendly and efficient. I was told that I would need implants or a partial during initial appointment. I opted for implants. On next visit, Dr Bruni examined me and recommended the partial. Foolishly, I asked no questions and allowed the mold to be made. I did not realize that the partial would cover the whole roof of my mouth. The final partial did not fit in my mouth properly-it cut into my gums and it made me gag. I could not eat or talk properly. I was told that I would get used to it. It NEVER happened. DO NOT let them talk you into getting this horrid device. The technician that showed me how to wear the partial was very sweet and told me that she was wearing one...but she spoke as little as possible...I know why. I agree with other reviewers that this clinic is very expensive and if you don't know what you need, stay away or get a second opinion…
