Wonderful Salon!!!. I absolutely love this salon. I have been going there for a few years now and I have always had great service. I always use Adrienne! She is always there and very dependable. She is great to work with and very creative. I have always been satisfied with her work. Garrett has a great shop and I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

Great hair!. Garrett and crew do a great job! I first started with Garrett who always does an excellent job. He's very solidly booked, so you have to schedule an appointment way in advance. I started to see Adrienne since I never remembered to call ahead of time, and I've always been super happy with the results. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and everyone is friendly and easy to talk to.

Worst Haircut ever. I went to Adrian and she was very unprofessional. She talked on her cell phone while cutting my hair.

She visited with a friend who came by the shop while cutting my hair. She stopped to hug a friend who came in the shop. She also did not cut my hair the way I had requested. My appointment was for 3:00 p.m., I arrived approximately 10 minutes early. She was working on another customer. I waited over 30 miniutes while she finished the other customer, whom I learned later was someone who had missed their morning appointment and was over an hour late for the make-up appointment she had scheduled for them. She didn't seem to mind that I did not like how she had fixed my hair. I will never return to the shop and will not recommend them to anyone. My daughter had the 4:00 p.m. appointment after mine and she treated her basically the same way (talking on her cell phone, visiting with her friend) until my daughter finally told her, she had somewhere she needed to go and to please finish her hair. She asked my daughter if I was pleased with my haircut and my daughter told her no that I was not. She didn't seem to care. I will never return to The Refinery and I will never recommend them to anyone. I have tried to reach the manager, but Adrian answers the phone and evidently the manager is always busy.

Best haircuts in my life. I use Misty at the Refinery and she has given me my best haircuts ever. The place is laid back and a bit funky and you feel at home. The prices can be a bit steep for fellow cheapies but it is worth it to leave feeling like a million bucks.
